  • Monday - Friday - 5:00am-9:30pm
  • Saturday - 7:00am-6:30pm
  • Sunday - 10:00pm-5:00pm

Holiday Closings

The YMCA is closed the following holidays:
  •   New Year's Day, Good Friday, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day
  •   The YMCA closes at 3:00pm on Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve

Locker Rooms
  •   Lockers are available for daily use only. Locks left on lockers overnight will be removed.
  •   Please do not leave valuables unattended or unlocked. Small lockers are available to rent on a monthly basis.
  •   Please see the Membership Office if you are interested.
  •   Mini lockers are located near the elevator if you wish to lock your valuables such as car keys, wallets, watches, etc. without going into the   locker room.

Boys & Girls Locker Rooms
Must be used by children ages 6-13 years.  After 5:30pm, these locker rooms are locked, and the Family Locker Room must be used.


Family Locker Room
Available for members with special needs such as parents with young children of the opposite gender or anyone with physical challenges.  Men's & Women's Locker Rooms are available for Adult and Student Members 14 yrs and older.

Men's Health Center Locker Room
Available for an additional fee. This locker room affords privacy in a spacious and comfortable setting. This locker room includes: air conditioning, individual locker, laundry service, TV lounge, steam room, sauna, towel service, coffee and a computer station.

Appropriate Attire
Athletic shoes and shirts must be worn during exercise in all workout areas of the facility. Street shoes are not permitted on any wood floors or in the pool area. Jeans are not  permitted in the Fitness Center. Proper swimsuits must be worn when using the pool. We strongly recommend the use of eye guards for racquetball and squash.

Amenities
Members may borrow equipment such as basketballs, racquets and racquetballs by leaving their picture ID at the Member Service Desk. For your convenience, soap/shampoo and hairdryers are provided in the locker rooms. Towels may be purchased for $3 at the Member Service Desk.

Reciprocity
Your YMCA facility membership allows you access to all New England YMCA’s at no additional cost. Just present your current membership card, a picture ID and call ahead to ensure participation. For mor information, visit  MY Y is Every Y.

An Always Welcome at YMCA's (AWAY) sticker on your membership card entitles you to visit participating YMCA's in other cities, when you are traveling. Ask the Member Service Staff to call the city you will be visiting to verify their guest policy. To find any YMCA in the USA, call 1-888-333-9622 or visit www.ymca.net. The AWAY program is not meant  for extended usage at a nearby YMCA. There may be a nominal fee depending on the YMCA.
