Youth Facility Usage Guidelines

Instilling youth with values such as consideration to others and a sense of fair play is an integral part of the YMCA.  With this in mind,  we have outlined the following guidelines regarding supervision of children.

1) Student Members 13 and under - Youth members 13 years of age and under must be accompanied by a parent, guardian or pre-authorized familiar adult (18 years of age or older), except while participating in supervised activities in which they are enrolled.  Youth under 14 years of age may not use the Fitness Center at any time other than during a class for which they are enrolled.

2) Student Members 14 and older - Teens 14 years of age to 25 years of age may use the facilities and programs during the following hours:  Monday-Friday from 2:30pm-close; Saturday and Sunday all day.  Teens may participate in fitness classes at the discretion of the fitness instructor who will determine if the class is at its maximum capacity and if the teen has the ability necessary to participate.
